We're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Chief Security Officer Lead. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our security experts and contributing to client projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of security consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, risks, and unique security requirements.
- Assessing the security maturity of clients using industry standards like ISO or NIST to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing tailored security programs that align with industry standards.
- Driving security initiatives at clients, acting as a security champion, and spreading awareness about security best practices.
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Overseeing the implementation of security programs, including policies, procedures, and controls.
- Providing updates to management on the 'state of security' within their organization.
- Leading steering committees at the client level with relevant stakeholders to guide and adapt the security program.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in being a CISO and/or successfully implementing ISO27k at clients.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2, GDPR, etc.
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies and their application to cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
