At TrustBuilder, we're shaping the future of identity and access management. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping organizations unlock their digital ecosystems while safeguarding against evolving cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Collaborate closely with our Sales Director to craft tailored Sales plans that address the unique needs of the Benelux market.
  • Identify High-Quality Leads: Utilize your expertise to discover and assess leads with high potential for creating new business opportunities within the region.
  • Presentation and Articulation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT professionals, partners, and procurement managers.
  • Deal Facilitation: Provide critical information to management to facilitate informed decision-making for successful deal closure.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Sales Updates and Market Intelligence: Regularly update the Sales Director and relevant stakeholders on Sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Becoming a part of our team means bringing a proven track record of success in Sales, preferably within the Cybersecurity or IT industry (3-8 years' experience). You should possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly IAM and CIAM solutions. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Self-control, precise decision-making under pressure, and relationship-building capabilities are also essential. A results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding Sales targets is a must. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; French is appreciated. Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed is a condition of this role.
