This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with technical or customer-facing experience in audiology who are looking to transition into a business-oriented role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, after-sales service, and product portfolio development for audiological equipment in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and leadership of a team of 5, working closely with ENT specialists, hospitals, occupational health services, rehabilitation centers, and wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product portfolio of audiological equipment, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, setting annual sales targets in coordination with the management team.
- Oversee the pricing structure, government contracts, tenders, and framework agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory control, and invoicing processes.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams.
- Lead and coach a team of technical-commercial employees and technicians, ensuring their professional development.
- Organize training sessions, product demonstrations, and marketing activities for ENT doctors and audiology professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Audiology, preferably with clinical or customer-facing experience.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and strategic planning, with preferably some experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership skills or potential to evolve within such a type of role.
- Fluent in Dutch/French, and English.
