This role requires an advanced understanding of digital marketing, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills. Working in a global company demands open-mindedness, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community management strategies for all social media channels
  • Create high-quality content and plan posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Execute online marketing campaigns and be accountable for their success
  • Work closely with the marketing and PR team to align local marketing objectives with global strategies
  • Localise OnePlus brand messaging and execute country-specific initiatives
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities for e-Commerce and brand partnerships
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation and carrier relationships
  • Translate and copywrite content in Dutch for all online platforms

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, including working with digital media
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with attention to detail and structure
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong social skills, both online and offline
  • Demonstrated ability to execute online campaigns and drive results
  • Ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of delivering change
