Job Description:
As a Manager in our Strategy team, you will perform the following tasks:
- Work closely with C-suite executives from various industries, including Life Sciences and Consumer/Retail, to develop strategies and solutions for complex business challenges.
- Lead client engagements, determining strategies and developing frameworks to drive initiatives and projects forward.
- Manage client engagements from start to finish, setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, and creating deliverables.
- Play a pivotal role in driving and developing our team's business development activities, supporting growth and service offerings expansion.
- Mentor junior staff throughout project lifecycles, providing feedback and fostering collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in dealing with large Strategic and Performance Transformations.
- Excellent project management and business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Life sciences or Commercial/Retail industries.
- Knowledge and experience with design thinking and strategic design consulting.
- Experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, insights generation, and solution construction.
- Ability to deliver consistently against tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
