Job Summary:
Vivid Resourcing seeks an experienced Quality Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management and a strong understanding of quality standards.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, managing quality systems, and driving improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Quality Strategies: Create and implement global quality assurance standards aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Quality Systems: Oversee the development and implementation of QMS and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Drive Improvement: Utilize lean and Six Sigma methods to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Lead global audits and manage corrective actions to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a global quality team and collaborate with key departments to achieve quality goals.
- Supplier & Customer Management: Oversee supplier quality programs and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in quality management. Proven track record with QMS and leading diverse teams.
- Certifications: CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications are desirable.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of quality standards, strong problem-solving, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
