EV Charging Services Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an EV Charging Services Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and monitoring of EV charging services across all parking facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in technical project management. Previous experience with electrical installations or EV infrastructure is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and French, are essential.
You will work closely with internal departments, such as accounting, marketing, and legal, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Additionally, you will work closely with external partners to align installation plans with local requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical guidance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers.
- Organizing a good maintenance plan to minimize interventions on the field.
- Working closely with different internal and external stakeholders to align installation plans with local requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors to secure necessary materials and services.
- Implementing quality control processes to ensure that all installations meet Interparking's standards and customer expectations.
