We're hiring a skilled Digital Business Insights Specialist to join our team at TCrew. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior and optimizing our digital platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing web analytics implementations across our websites and apps.
- Ensuring consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of key website KPIs.
- Detecting trends in online behavior across pre-sales, sales, servicing, and support.
- Translating business requirements into tagging guidelines.
As a successful candidate, you'll have:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Strong expertise with Adobe Analytics dashboards & data layer recommendations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Contentsquare.
Able to work independently and take initiative, passionate about digital business and analytics, motivated, and eager to learn.
