About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Intern. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us achieve our strategic goals and lead our digital transformation programs.
The role involves working on various projects that aim to promote sustainability and digital innovation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainability reports, analyze regulatory frameworks and standards for sustainability, and implement sustainability initiatives for the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in reviewing sustainability reports and developing approaches to advance corporate sustainability reporting and management.
- Analyze the regulatory framework and standards for sustainability in the country and understand their impact on the business.
- Develop channels with external Institutions, such as Academic, Partners, Research.
- Profile Digital Technology for Ecosystem. Identify potential collaboration partners.
- Coordinate Country-level initiatives on Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Collaborate with the sales and account teams on research and advisory services related to strategy, organization and processes.
- Study industry-specific initiatives and assist team with market development.
- Gain experience and insights from real-world projects in business environment.
- Prepare research papers and business presentations.
- Participate in conferences to enhance understanding of sustainability, AI, Innovation themes.
