Aviation Documentations Administrator

We are a Belgian-based airline operating at Liege Airport and carry out international cargo flights and charters. Our company transports around 400,000 tons of cargo each year as part of our global airline group.
Job PurposeThe Library Officer role involves maintaining the technical library needed for Challenge Group aircraft CAMO services.
Your Responsibilities- We need you to manage the provision of necessary technical documents and regulations.
- You will be in charge of updating these documents and ensuring they are accurate.
- You will administer the library in AMOS.
- Enter all relevant safety information into AMOS.
- Distribute technical documentation as required.
- Keep track of outdated documents and clearly mark them as such.
- You will also be managing TC and STC publication websites.
- Work closely with other teams, such as regulatory bodies and manufacturers.
- Oversee the distribution of Aircraft Technical Logs.
- Minimum secondary education.
- Fantastic organizational skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- A background in aviation terminology would be beneficial.
- While experience with AMOS is desirable, it's not a requirement.
