A seasoned automation professional is sought to oversee the implementation of automation systems in a GMP manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving efficiency and improving processes while ensuring compliance with good engineering practices.
The role involves coordinating and training automation teams, leading troubleshooting efforts, and managing software improvements. Additionally, the selected candidate will collaborate with process engineering teams to evaluate software implementation strategies and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train automation teams to ensure expertise and operational efficiency.
- Modify software, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation improvements.
- Review verification protocols and manage change control processes.
- Organise operator training to ensure seamless system handovers.
- SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOT INSTALLATIONS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT DRUG SUBSTANCE MANUFACTURING.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, with proven experience in major engineering projects, including risk and mitigation management. Strong leadership skills, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency in French and English is required.
