As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a driven professional to join our advisory services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance practices, including tooling.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will assist clients in setting up monitoring processes & tools, such as SAP GRC and ServiceNow GRC.
  • You will support clients in maintaining control of security and compliance within their complex IT landscapes.
  • You will develop an in-depth understanding of client issues related to Governance Risk & Compliance across various sectors.
  • You will build and manage excellent relationships with clients across a range of industries.
  • You will develop an internal network and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across KPMG.
  • You will coach and train team members to enhance the team's GRC knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent by experience).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT audit, security design/re-design, GRC implementation, or Operational Risk Management.
  • You stay informed about new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • You quickly understand the client environment and identify business requirements.
  • You possess functional, analytical, team-player skills, with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • You work independently and take ownership and responsibility in project teams.
  • You hold one or more relevant certificates in Internal Control, Security, and related technologies.
  • A plus: Having knowledge of GRC tooling and experience in environments like SAP/Microsoft Dynamics.
