We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team. Your expertise will be essential in providing day-to-day legal support to our business, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and implementing best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our business teams to drive forward key legal initiatives and develop strategies to minimize exposure to legal risks. You will also be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents, as well as handling corporate housekeeping and providing guidance on governance and compliance matters.
We value collaboration, adaptability, and strong negotiation skills in our ideal candidate. If you are a strategic business partner with excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of legislation, government policies, and business environments, we encourage you to apply.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in law from a Belgian university and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a legal environment. Native language proficiency in Dutch and/or French is required, with strong knowledge of English (our group language).
