Om ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Business Analyst.
Als Senior Business Analyst vertaal je de bedrijfsstrategie in de change die nodig is om de strategie te realiseren. Je bent daarom expert in de business processen en het ICT-applicatielandschap gerelateerd aan Digital Workplace en ICT Service Desk en zit op een verantwoordelijke brugfunctie tussen de Business Line Owners en ICT services.
De afdeling Generic ICT omvat alle IT services die nodig zijn om een organisatie te laten draaien en die niet specifiek zijn aan de branche van de luchthaven. De belangrijkste domeinen zijn Digital Workplace, ICT Service Desk en ERP.
De Senior Business Analyst is accountable voor de vertaling van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete initiatieven en het opvolgen van deze initiatieven. Hij/zij is in staat om naar oplossingen te zoeken die rekening houden met de verschillende stakeholders en overheen proces, organisatie, data en applicatie lagen gaan. Brussels Airport Company verwacht een "Enterprise architecture" mindset, die zorgt voor een bedrijfsbrede analyse in plaats van "siloed" denken.
De focus in deze rol ligt voornamelijk op "think" en op de herinvesteringscyclus van zowel business processen als ICT-technologie. De Senior Business Analyst bepaalt mede de strategie voor het aanpakken van de verschillende projecten binnen zijn/haar domein.
Naast de strategische vertaling in concrete initiatieven, wordt van de Senior Business Analyst ook verwacht om typische business analyse taken op te nemen, in samenspraak met minder ervaren business analisten. Dit betreft dan het verzamelen van business, functionele, non-functionele en technische requirements, het opstellen van lastenboeken, het schrijven en opvolgen van testen, het faciliteren van de go-live en het werken aan continue verbeteringen na het opleveren van de oplossing.
De Senior Business Analyst treedt op als een key stakeholder en single point of contact in de end-to-end project life cycle van het proces.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren
Deze rol bevindt zich in de afdeling Generic ICT die alle ICT services omvat die nodig zijn om een organisatie te laten draaien en die niet specifiek gelinkt zijn aan de branche van de luchthaven. Hierbij ligt de focus op Digital Workplace & Services Desk (DWP&SD). DWP&SD omvat 4 grote product categorieën:
ICT Service Desk & Request Management M365/O365 oplossingen, zoals o.a. Teams, Exchange en SharePoint Workplace oplossingen, zoals o.a. vergaderzaalinfrastructuur, mobile devices, printers, etc. End User Computing oplossingen, zoals SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Citrix, Azure VDI Als Senior Business Analyst verwachten we ondersteuning tijdens zowel tijdens Think, Build als Run.Think
Het ondersteunen van business stakeholders op management niveau, bij het vertalen van hun noden naar concrete initiatieven
Het bewaken van de alignering tussen mogelijke initiatieven en de bedrijfsarchitectuur
De vertaling van strategische business evoluties naar concrete projecten
De impactanalyse op processen, organisatie en applicaties en objectiveren van mogelijke oplossingsalternatieven
Het analyseren van de impact van uitfasering van ICT-oplossingen op de bedrijfsarchitectuur
De vertaling van business noden in high level IT requirements die verder gedetailleerd worden door de functionele analisten
Build
Documentatie ten behoeve van eindgebruikers (e.g. procesbeschrijvingen, opleidingmateriaal)
De verantwoordelijkheid voor project management opnemen indien de grootte van het project toelaat om dit efficiënt op te nemen. Het opvolgen van de vertaling van de requirements naar de technische oplossing
Het ondersteunen van testteams ter voorbereiding van de acceptatie van nieuwe of gewijzigde ICT-applicaties en oplossingen
Het ondersteunen van de change managers, change agents en eindgebruikers tijdens opleveringen
Het ondersteunen bij het opmaken van SLA's/OLA's
De trainers trainen in efficiënt gebruik van procedures & systemen en gegevens aanleveren voor gebruikershandleidingen
Run
De actieve post-go-live support inclusief identificatie van mogelijk verdere verbeteringen
Het opbouwen van voldoende technische kennis rond de applicaties binnen jouw domein.
Bijdragen aan evolutie bedrijfsarchitectuur
Ondersteunen van het bedrijfsarchitectuur team in het uitdragen van best-practices
Coaching van business analisten
Volgen van ICT- en bedrijfstrends via het bijwonen van seminars en trainingen en het vergaren van kennis over nieuwe technologische verbeteringen, moderne analysetechnieken en evolutie van de luchtvaartindustrie
Wat jou onderscheidt
Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als business analist met proven track record in complexe omgevingen Je beschikt over gemeenschappelijke ICT- en bedrijfsprocesanalysemethodes en je hebt diepgaande kennis van kritieke bedrijfsprocessen Je hebt een ruime ervaring als business analyst binnen meerdere van onderstaande domeinen: ICT Service Desk & Request Management M365/O365 oplossingen Workplace oplossingen End User Computing oplossingen Workflow Management (ServiceNow) Identity and Access Management (SailPoint IdentityNow) Je kan strategisch en conceptueel meedenken en ziet opportuniteiten Je bent sterk analytisch, probleemoplossend en komt met voorstellen ter verbetering Je hebt degelijke kennis van projectmanagement Je bent een goede communicator die vlot met de verschillende stakeholders in dialoog gaat Je bent pragmatisch, proactief, klant- en resultaatgericht Je bent een motiverende people manager Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en een goede kennis van het Engels Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
