Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Manager to join our team at Vivid Resourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and screen tenders across various platforms, reporting relevant opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Analyze tender documents and assess the feasibility of participation.
  • Write and coordinate technically accurate, compelling, and compliant proposals.
  • Manage the entire quotation process, ensuring completeness, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Oversee submission, follow up on results, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Support operational transfer processes for awarded government contracts.
  • Contribute to the company's AI pilot project to enhance efficiency in tender processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tenders, contracts, or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, project management, and data analysis.
