**Role Overview**
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Partena Professional.
This role is open to both freelancers and candidates seeking a permanent contract.
About You
We're looking for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation within a B2B environment.
You should have extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.), with proven results and references.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop our Salesforce CRM system from a commercial perspective, ensuring it evolves into a leading CRM and data system.
- Validate the CRM roadmap with relevant stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, marketing, IT, external agencies).
- Design and implement marketing automation (Account Engagement) and data quality strategies, including email campaigns, personalized content, automated workflows, lead nurturing and scoring, data enrichment, reporting, and profiling.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify segments and develop targeted CRM strategies aligned with the needs and preferences of different customer groups.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation within a B2B environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.), with proven results and references.
- Experience in creating and executing automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals and customer data into personalized communication and effective marketing strategies.
