We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to craft memorable experiences at each touchpoint throughout the employee journey. As a vital member of our team, you'll concentrate on delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving HR innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll oversee the creation of a meaningful employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You'll manage day-to-day HR operations, focusing on both soft HR (e.g., onboarding, employee engagement, training, and performance) and hard HR (e.g., payroll coordination, contracts, and compliance). Reporting to the Head of People, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop systems that reduce manual work and enhance productivity.
- Employee Experience & Moments that Matter: Act as a key contact for employees throughout their journey, crafting memorable experiences at each touchpoint. You'll help create 'moments that matter' that reinforce our values and make employees feel valued and connected.
- Digital HR & Automation: Utilize HR technology and automation tools to streamline processes, reduce administrative work, and elevate the employee experience. Your digital savvy will help build efficient systems that allow for more time for meaningful people interactions.
- HR Operations: Manage daily HR tasks, including payroll coordination, contracts, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with local regulations.
- Employee Development: Contribute to designing and implementing employee development programs and support performance management processes to help employees grow and reach their full potential.
- International HR Support: Manage HR responsibilities across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and alignment with company values.
The Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the financial services or fintech sector. A strong understanding of HR tech and automation tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience is essential. Expertise in both soft and hard HR, managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and employee engagement with ease, is also crucial. Additionally, experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries, with a solid understanding of international HR practices and compliance, is a significant asset. Fluency in English and proficiency in either Dutch or French are required. Knowledge of Belgian labor law and additional expertise in other countries are valuable assets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, are necessary.
