As a Marketing Assistant at Recticel NV, you will play a key role in driving the success of our two brands (Recticel Insulation & Gradient) within the UK market.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute trade marketing activities that align with our sales focus and international marketing strategy. This includes planning and managing campaigns, content marketing activities, media planning & PR, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.
Your key objectives will be:
- To develop a content marketing plan for specific target groups and content platforms, working closely with Sales, Technical Management, and customers.
- To execute and follow up on the plan to convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads in the B2B construction market.
- To prioritize sales support & sales activation activities together with the commercial director, building a network with key customers.
Key Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Min. 3 year experience in marketing, ideally in the construction sector.
Additionally, you should possess:
- Experience within inbound marketing, PR or communications role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
- Strong commercial feeling.
