Nexeo is currently looking for a skilled Lead Business Analyst - Regulatory Expertise to support our high-impact regulatory project in the insurance sector. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the industry.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analysis of business requirements related to the SIGEDIS legal framework.
- Leading the work of other analysts to ensure global coherence.
- Development of detailed IT analysis documents and coordination of technical implementation.
- Collaboration with developers, architects, and business teams.
- Support during testing phases, including functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensuring compliance with IT and regulatory policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitation of communication between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT solution analysis and project management.
- Strong understanding of IT Front and Back-end systems, with knowledge of mainframe technology being a plus.
- Experience in the life insurance sector, particularly in pension second pillar insurance and SIGEDIS, is highly valued.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate challenges.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, fluent in French and English.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred.
