About the Role:

  • The position involves identifying and recruiting new partners for Odoo, ensuring the development of our partnership network.">
  • Develop strong relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEO's of small and large companies to promote Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.">
  • Analyze and understand partner profiles, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine win-win relationships.">
  • Showcase Odoo products through personalized demonstrations, quote, and negotiate conditions for collaboration.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (nice to have).">
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (nice to have).">
  • Prior experience in IT or solution-selling (nice to have).">
  • Hunting spirit and proactivity (nice to have).">
  • Fluent English and Dutch, Polish, Czech, or any Eastern European language.">
  • Strong analytical skills, interest in IT and software, and work permit for Belgium.">
