We are currently looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team at the Ideal Standard offices in Zaventem, Belgium. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our corporate strategy and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group's corporate and financial matters, providing expert advice and guidance on complex transactions, governance, and commercial matters
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, identifying potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with our central and local management and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of our corporate strategy
  • Manage relationships with external counsel, negotiating fees and performance requirements
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the Group and recommending appropriate courses of action
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Group's operations, products, and services
