We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant to join our team in Antwerp, responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and maintaining facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including mail handling, meeting preparation and supply ordering.
- Maintain facilities by planning maintenance inspections, updating inventories and ensuring site cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Process invoices according to contracts.
- Coordinate events and activities for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration and facility management.
- Dutch fluency, with excellent English and French language skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
