Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for owning the recruitment process from start to finish across multiple countries.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through innovative strategies and external partnerships.
- Guide hiring managers through the selection process using ATS system to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Provide support when it comes to employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the market.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, making sure new employees feel welcome and integrate smoothly into our culture.
- Support managers in talent development, helping internal talent grow and advance within the organization.
- Lead and contribute to key HR projects, including the implementation of digital HR tools and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within commercial, marketing, FMCG, or pharma sectors.
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Dutch, with strong proficiency in French and English.
- A collaborative mindset-you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly connect the dots.
- A passion for HR and business partnering, with a desire to take the lead on strategic projects.
