Vivid Resourcing seeks an experienced Industrial Performance Engineer to enhance our production processes and drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in day-to-day operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and improve production processes, implementing changes as needed.
- Provide technical support for new product introductions, conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all production processes.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or metallurgical disciplines).
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering within a technical or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
