We're looking for an experienced Sales Growth Leader to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious revenue targets. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for designing and executing a world-class sales strategy that drives growth and exceeds our revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset and a deep passion for driving revenue growth. You will need to be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of scaling sales teams and revenue. Your ability to coach and develop sales professionals on techniques, processes, and best practices will be essential in building a strong sales organization.

Our sales model is unique and complex, blending self-service (e-commerce) with assisted and full-service sales. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, your collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with our marketing and production teams to drive alignment and optimize our sales strategies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Scaling and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Restructuring and optimizing our sales organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training the sales team on advanced sales techniques, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fostering a strong collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a well-balanced division of tasks between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Working closely with the production team to streamline the after-sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Establishing and refining KPIs, processes, and tools to monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
