The successful candidate will:
- Lead and mentor a team of experts to develop and implement strategies that minimize environmental impact.
- Build and scale the services team to deliver high-quality carbon consultancy and support to Tapio's clients and partners.
- Develop and execute Tapio's operational strategy, aligning with business growth objectives, international expansion, and sales via partners.
Key requirements include:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership & operational role.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling teams, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
