We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Benelux region.
This pivotal role involves working closely with the CSO and C-team, contributing to various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new key accounts while developing existing customers and promoting Kebony products.
- Train customers, distributors, and architects on Kebony products and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on projects with all stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, provide market insights, and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly reports, and track sales targets and market trends.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 years' experience in sales, key account management, business development, and selling high-end or wood products.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Independent and solution-oriented, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with good MS Office skills and experience with CRM.
