We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative/Business Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, building lasting relationships, and closing deals with companies in need of IT consultants.
Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Building Relationships
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
Sales Process
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Collaboration and Communication
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process when delivering top candidates.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
