Our client, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up with 10 FTEs, is bringing an entirely new solution to the market—one that redefines how businesses manage compliance by automating repetitive tasks and ensuring they stay fully compliant with legal requirements.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers, and driving revenue growth.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers within your target market or region, successfully converting both inbound and outbound leads.
- Sales Growth: Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales funnel, working towards and exceeding quarterly and long-term sales targets.
- CRC Expertise: Utilize HubSpot effectively to track, analyze, and optimize the sales process.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales-Driven: You thrive on closing deals and achieving targets.
- Experienced in Sales: Prior experience in B2B sales is required, preferably within SaaS.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to enhance sales efficiency.
- Strong Communicator: You can confidently engage with clients and internal teams, adapting your approach as needed.
- Autonomous & Flexible: You excel in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ownership.
