Jouw rol
Bij Sodexo ben jij de HR Business Partner Operational Support die ons HR-beleid vertaalt naar impactvolle acties? Dankzij jouw expertise in talentontwikkeling, interne mobiliteit en sociale wetgeving bouw je mee aan een efficiënte, professionele en mensgerichte werkomgeving waarin teams optimaal kunnen presteren. Binnen onze organisatie ondersteun jij operationeel als HR-expert, gevoed door kennis over beleid, procedures en strategische plannen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden op het gebied van conflicthantering, sociale wetgeving, reorganisaties, en officiële communicatie zoals verwittigingsbrieven en ontslagprocedures
- Interne mobiliteit stimuleren door loopbaangesprekken te voeren en actieplannen voor talentmanagement te ontwikkelen, waarbij interne groeikansen worden bevorderd dankzij begeleiding en opvolging van evaluatiegesprekken
- Beleid en projectondersteuning bieden door naleving van interne regels, procedures en strategische plannen, en actief meebrengen aan algemene HR-projecten om de organisatie te versterken.
Eisen en eisen
- Bachelordiploma (HR of gelijkwaardig) met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een omgeving met zowel arbeiders als bedienden
- Pluspunten: kennis van facilitaire diensten (catering, cleaning, receptie), verschillende paritaire comités, sterke operationele kennis van sociale wetgeving
- Nederlands als moedertaal, goede kennis van het Frans; Engels is een plus
- Uitstekende communicatieve en diplomatieke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om sterke relaties op te bouwen
- Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig;
- Jij weet alle ballen in de lucht te houden
- Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar onze locaties.
