Construction Administration Specialist

As a Facility Project Coordinator - Construction, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Global Project Managers and Heads of Projects Delivery. This includes handling various requests, assisting with ordering and contract monitoring for external study offices, maintaining project schedules in MS-Project, creating and managing the LORD at project initiation, ensuring proper project closure and administrative archiving, utilizing operational tools such as BD-fiche, Archibus, Bricsys, Ortygia, and MS-Office, updating templates and guidelines used by GPMs, organizing internal and external meetings, and preparing presentations for the Regional Committee using PowerPoint.

Key skills required for this role include strong initiative and flexibility to switch between tasks and priorities, excellent communication skills and a sense of contact, organized, systematic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative real estate management, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and knowledge of Archibus and/or Bricsys.
