About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our commercial efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our strategy roadmap, create and implement new market applications by setting up partnerships along the entire value chain, track opportunities using CRM database and monitor/report a commercial dashboard.
- Sales: Manage relationships with prospects/customers through all phases of the development project, negotiate commercial contracts at launch phase, set targets and ensure profit margins.
- Market Intelligence: Understand and validate the market size and the entire value chain when entering into a new industry/market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Engineering
- MEDIOR PROFILE Minimum of five years' experience in business development and sales with a proven track record
- Technical background with experience in plastics/bioplastics industry (packaging, automotive, healthcare, etc.) is preferred
- Passion for sustainability and making positive changes on the planet
