**Job Summary:**
We are currently partnered with a global leading biotechnology company based in Belgium. The company is seeking a seasoned Franchise Sourcing Lead to lead and manage sourcing activities in assigned franchise areas.
This role involves ensuring consistency within and across franchise teams by providing guidance and developing individuals through mentoring and personal development plans.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and input to project planning and strategy within assigned franchises.
A strong understanding of project management principles, as well as sound knowledge of contract terms and conditions, benchmarking, and market analysis, is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with excellent leadership skills, possessing excellent English language skills and additional languages being advantageous.
