Job Title: Cyber Security Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading CISO consultants and delivering high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of CISO consultants to deliver exceptional services to clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, risks and unique security requirements.
- Assess the security maturity of clients using industry standards like ISO or NIST.
- Develop and implement fit-for-purpose security programs that align with industry standards.
- Drive the security program at clients, acting as the security champion.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of security programs, including policies, procedures and controls.
- Provide updates to management on the 'state of security' at their company.
- Hold steering committees at the customer with relevant stakeholders to guide and adapt the security program.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CISO and/or implementing ISO27k at clients.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2, GDPR, etc.
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies and their application to cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
