Chocolate Production Optimization Intern

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Intern. As part of our chocolate manufacturing process, we need someone to contribute to reducing internal rejects and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering and prior experience in the food industry. You will work on four production lines, analyzing internal rejects, investigating key rejection sources, and providing feedback and recommendations to reduce the reject rate.
In addition to working on key projects, you will participate in auxiliary tasks such as supporting production activities, tracking and analyzing KPIs, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- You will work closely with production operators to enhance efficiency and implement process improvements.
- You will analyze KPIs, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), to identify areas for improvement.
