**Account Management Lead EU Job Description**

The Account Management Lead EU is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue in Europe through strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts in Europe, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a cohesive and effective response to customer needs.

**What We're Looking For**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about account management and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
