About the Role

Leclère&Consultants is seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to spearhead business growth in factoring and receivables finance. As a key member of our management team, you will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in Belgium and internationally.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to propel business expansion.
  • Lead sales, business development, and client relationship management efforts.
  • Pursue new market opportunities while fostering existing client relationships.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and risk assessment in collaboration with credit and risk teams.
  • E nsure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Drive innovation by integrating digital solutions into factoring services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of factoring, credit risk assessment, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial structuring within factoring services.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to align commercial objectives with our growth strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, negotiate complex deals, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • A strong professional network in the financial and factoring industry.
  • Fluency in English and French.
