Als Service Manager RM bij SSI SCHÄFER geef je direct leiding aan de Resident Maintenance Managers van de sites in België en Nederland. De teams op de sites bestaan voornamelijk uit service techniekers, leidinggevenden en IT'ers. Bij klanten zoals Bol., PRIMARK in Nederland en Lantmännen en Barry Callebaut in België, zorgen zij ervoor dat onze hoogwaardige technische apparatuur op rolletjes loopt. De managers op locatie zijn verantwoordelijk voor het directe contact met de klant, als Service Manager ondersteun je hen hierbij. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat het proces verder wordt geprofessionaliseerd en waarborg je de winstgevendheid. Kortom; jij zorgt ervoor dat de RM Managers een aanspreekpunt hebben voor vragen en coacht hen zodat zij de oplossingen kunnen implementeren. 
Over de functieBelangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van werkwijzen samen met de RM Managers
  • Implementeren van een lean en efficiënte werkwijze om administratieve taken te minimaliseren
  • Commercieel uitbreiden van de dienstenportefeuille van het RM-team om de winstgevendheid te verbeteren
  • Managen van de Resident Maintenance managers, waarbij personeel en veiligheid belangrijke onderwerpen zijn
  • Monitoren van de prestaties zodat zij in overeenstemming zijn met de gemaakte afspraken met de klant
  • Wanneer er zich een uitbreiding voordoet van SSI SCHÄFER installaties, ondersteun je de RM manager met de implementatie hiervan 
  • Monitoren of de RM-locaties de SSI SCHÄFER richtlijnen volgen en ondersteuning bieden bij benchmarking
  • Personeel gerelateerde zaken zoals het voeren van functioneringsgesprekken, werving en selectie, en zorgen dat de teams voldoende getraind zijn 

Je stuurt 5 RM Managers aan en rapporteert aan de Managing Director BeNe en aan de Head of Service Operations in de UK. Aangezien jouw sites zowel in België als Nederland gevestigd zijn, ben je bereid om je in beide landen te verplaatsen. Over de organisatieSSI SCHÄFER is een toonaangevende leverancier in de intralogistiek. Jouw kwaliteitenVereisten:
  • Je bent minimum in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma
  • Je bent resultaat- en klantgericht, met sterke leiderschaps- en coaching vaardigheden
  • Je hebt minimum 7 jaar ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van managers en medewerkers (op afstand), bij voorkeur in een technische maintenance omgeving
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en durft te escaleren
