Resident Maintenance Manager

Als Resident Maintenance manager geef je leiding aan de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten waarbij de nadruk ligt op klanttevredenheid, veiligheid, productiviteit, en medewerkerstevredenheid. Deze functie binnen onze groeiende organisatie biedt jou de kans om het team verder vorm te geven en een bijdrage te leveren aan onze groei.
Wat ga je doen als Resident Maintenance Manager:
- Je geeft leiding aan het on site team bij het geautomatiseerde fulfilmentcenter bij Lantmannen.
- Je houdt toezicht op het budget en het behalen van operationele doelstellingen en levert input voor verbeteringen
- Je stelt een onderhoudsplan op en voert dit uit, zodat de functionaliteit van het systeem gegarandeerd blijft. Je zorgt ervoor dat correctief en ad-hoc onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd, om de output voor de klant te garanderen
- Je bent de sleutelpositie in de communicatie met de klant, zorgt voor een goede en hechte samenwerking
- Je zorgt voor rapportages, levert periodiek KPI-statistieken en trendanalyses en zorgt daarmee dat de productie- en onderhoudsprestaties meetbaar en traceerbaar zijn
- Je zorgt voor de veiligheid op jouw site en de periodieke keuringen van het materiaal
- Je houdt toezicht op de personeelsbezetting en zorgt dat medewerkers benodigde trainingen kunnen volgen
Wie ben jij:
- Je beschikt over bachelor werk- en denkniveau en je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd bijvoorbeeld in de richting: electrotechniek, werktuigbouw of technische bedrijfskunde
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven binnen een technische omgeving
- Je bent een peoplemanager, coacht en stuurt het team aan en zorgt voor een prettige werkomgeving
- Je bent hands - on en kan goed zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en voelt je op je plek in een dynamische klantomgeving
- Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en bent in staat gemakkelijk ook op verschillende niveaus te communiceren
- Je zorgt voor een goede balans tussen het belang van de klant en het belang van SSI SCHÄFER
- Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
