For a major Belgian player active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative contributing to the evolution of the Belgian and European energy landscape.You will work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment and contribute to projects that support the energy transition.Role and responsibilitiesLead and coordinate large-scale strategic projects in the energy sectorOperate in a complex stakeholder environment, including regulators, DSOs, and internal teamsSteer the creation of a new company, covering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreamsAct as single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendorsSafeguard internal priorities within vendor implementation roadmapsDrive delivery of common TSO and DSO tooling initiativesFacilitate executive-level alignment on strategic decisionsAct as Product Owner for internal implementation teamsManage dependencies and contribute to business architecture discussionsRequirementsExcellent communication skills in Dutch and or French, and EnglishProven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the energy sectorStrong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, regulation, and market dynamicsAbility to operate in regulatory, legal, and financial complexityStrong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skillsPractical informationLocation: Brussels area (Empereur)Hybrid setup, 2 days on-site per weekFor non-EU candidates, a valid Belgian work and residence permit is requiredInterested?Please apply with your CV.
