Voor een van onze klant, actief in de vastgoedsector, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Support vastgoed met een sterke focus op administratieve opvolging en documentbeheer. Je zal instaan voor een brede waaier aan taken die te maken hebben met duurzaamheid, wetgeving, en projectmanagement binnen de vastgoedsector.


  • NEN2767 en EPC-opvolging: voorbereiden en beheren van relevante documenten en data.
  • Zonnepanelenbeheer: opvolgen via Fluvius en Regreen, beheren van volmachten, en up-to-date houden van rapportages.
  • Premiebeheer: ondersteunen bij premieaanvragen door documenten te verzamelen en in te dienen.
  • Diversen: digitaliseren van meterstanden, beheren van gebouwenbeheer, verwerken van werkopdrachten, en volgen van relevante wetgeving.


Je hebt ervaring met technisch administratief werk, bij voorkeur in de vastgoedsector.Je bent hands-on en pakt de zaken zelf vast, je neemt initiatief en zorgt dat taken correct en tijdig worden afgerond.Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in niet-residentieel vastgoedJe hebt ervaring met Excel Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed samenwerken in teamverband.Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans
