You will work in close collaboration with the Finance Manager and cover a Benelux scope, with exposure to group standards and international reporting requirements.This position is ideal for someone who wants to be involved in the full accounting cycle, understand financial flows end-to-end, and evolve in an international setting without heavy bureaucracy.Your Responsibilities (by key areas)General Accounting & ClosingsContribute to monthly and annual closings in line with local and group accounting standardsManage provisions, accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee fixed assets and depreciation processesGroup & Intercompany EnvironmentMonitor and validate intercompany transactions within the Benelux perimeterCoordinate accounting flows between group entitiesSupport group reporting, financial analyses, margin reviews and stock movementsTax, Compliance & AuditsPrepare and validate VAT and related statutory declarationsParticipate in internal and external audit processesSupport regulatory requirements and ad hoc reporting requestsProcesses & Continuous ImprovementAct as a key point of contact for the financial ERP systemContribute to the optimisation of accounting processes and best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with local and international stakeholdersProfile SoughtDegree in Accounting or equivalent experience2-4 years of experience in general ledger accountingComfortable in an international, multi-entity environmentStrong command of French, Dutch and EnglishAnalytical mindset, flexibility and solution-oriented approachAbility to work autonomously while remaining a strong team playerThe OfferGross monthly salary up to €5,000 (x13.92), depending on experienceAnnual performance-related bonusMeal vouchers (€8), group insurance and hospitalization insuranceNet allowances linked to teleworking26 days of leave + seniority daysFlexible working hours and up to 2 days of remote work after onboardingFriendly, international and non-bureaucratic work environmentA role offering real task variety and strong learning potentialAustin Bright is a team of professional and dedicated consultants, specialized in the recruitment of finance profiles.
