Job DescriptionIn order to sustain the growth of our Cloud team, ARHS Spikeseed (Advanced AWS and Gold Azure partner) is looking for a Cloud Delivery Manager (m/f).We're looking for a skilled leader who can orchestrate cloud solution delivery, align tech projects with business objectives, and ensure client satisfaction. If you're ready to shape the future of cloud delivery, read on and consider joining our Cloud Center of Excellence. Role & Responsibilities:
  • Managing all project- or service-delivery activities in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders
  • Be the main point of contact for the customer regarding project/service execution
  • Guide customers to ensure success in building or moving applications into the Cloud following the industry best practices
  • Utilize agile project management practices and collaboration tools to plan, organize and report on project activities
  • Conduct planning efforts, provide consolidated estimates and develop technical roadmaps in collaboration with the project team
  • Follow-up of project performance and budget progress, risk and issues
  • Handling customer’s request, responding quickly and effectively, following up with clients to ensure successful resolution within the given KPIs
  • Create and review documentation, defining procedures for new solutions
Your Profile :
  • To be a team player, customer-, solution- and improvement-minded
  • Agile mindset with an interest for continuous improvement
  • Strong interest in Public Cloud technologies
  • A strong understanding of technical matters
  • Bonus:
    • Prince 2 or PMP certified
    • Scrum certified
    • ITIL certified
    • AWS or Microsoft Azure certified
  • Fluent in English
