This role leads the organisation's marketing strategy, team, and budget to strengthen visibility, partnerships, and impact.The Marketing responsible oversees content creation, press and partner relations, and the development of effective campaigns across all channels.our client is a well known organisation, long‑standing, non‑profit advocacy group dedicated to its core mission at heart.They work to raise public awareness, influence policy, and drive meaningful change for the welfare and rights.In order to sustain they growth, they are actively looking for an impactful Marketing Manager with a willingness to remain operational and have a strong impact on the long term organisation.As the successful Marketing & Communication Manager - NGO - you will have the following responsibilities:Promote and uphold the organisation's visionOrganise and coordinate the communication team's activities, ensuring team members are well trained, motivated, and aligned with objectivesSupervise and manage marketing & Communications tools and platformsDevelop and maintain external relations with partnersDefine, plan, and implement an effective marcom strategyManage press relations and external communication partnersMobilise key marketing & communication stakeholdersCreate content and oversee the production and distribution of materials across various channels (website, magazine, social media, newsletters, advertising campaigns, etc.)Manage the marketing budgetDevelop partnershipsMonitor marketing and digital trendsPresent regular updates on actions undertakenProduce monthly reporting and performance analysis for the marketing departmentAs the successful Marketing & Communication Manager, you have the following requirements:At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent experienceAt least 5 to 10 years of professional experiencePassionate about marketing, digital environments, and new technologiesAble to manage projects, budgets, and teams (leadership and teamwork skills)Strong command of office tools and digital marketing tools (Adobe Suite, video editing software, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), web analytics, and marketing techniquesKnowledge of various marketing channels (social media, press relations, advertising, etc.) and how to use them effectively depending on the target audienceExcellent writing skillsKnowledge of CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPressFluent in Dutch & French, with good command of EnglishStrong analytical skills (ability to collect and interpret data)Ability to manage, coordinate, and multitask effectivelyAs the successful Communication & Marketing Manager - NGO - you will have:A socially meaningful and committed role within a dynamic organisation with ambitious projects.A competitive salary package in line with your experienceSocial media, Newsletter, Project Management, Target Audience, Interpreting Data, Platforms, Communication, Content Creation, Self motivated, Marketing, InDesign, Stakeholders, Budget, New Technologies, Passion, Magazines, Marketing Methods, Drupal, Publicity, Coordination, Adobe, Canva, VOS, Leadership, Web analytics, Organization Skills, Marketing budget, Monthly Reporting, NGOs, Production, Multi Tasking, Wordpress, Marketing Analytics, Media, Journalism, Advertising, Management, Marketing, Regular Updates, Distribution, Online Promotion, Marketing Channel, Writing Skills
