Binnen het departement Program Management Life staan voortdurende optimalisering, precisie en analytisch denken centraal. Het team Life Digital Solutions stuurt en implementeert belangrijke projecten om ervoor te zorgen dat onze organisatie klaar is voor de uitdagingen van vandaag en morgen. Om verschillende change projecten op te starten of te begeleiden, zoeken we een Project Leader & Analyst. Dit is jouw topjob Binnen Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse projecten, waaronder de implementatie en het beheer van digitale oplossingen voor het departement Health. Concreet?Je kijkt samen met onze interne klanten naar de behoeften, vragen en wensen en de beste prioritering. Je verduidelijkt, analyseert en documenteert projectvereisten in detail om een oplossing voor te stellen die zo goed mogelijk voldoet aan de behoeften van de stakeholders. Je bepaalt de aanpak en planning voor het project, waarbij je het budget onder controle houdt. Je staat in voor de organisatie, de opvolging en de communicatie naar alle stakeholders van je projecten. Je streeft ernaar het proces te vereenvoudigen en samen met de IT-teams de beste duurzame oplossing voor AG te definiëren. Je brengt opportuniteiten en risico's gelinkt aan je projecten in kaart. Je zorgt er in samenwerking met de andere teams voor dat het change management en de informatiedoorstroom optimaal verlopen. Je blijft verantwoordelijk voor je patrimonium om een voortdurende optimalisatie voor gebruikers te garanderen. Dit ben jij helemaal Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in analyse en projectmanagement en de lead nemen zit in je DNA. Projecten en planningen managen, en de bijbehorende communicatie met verschillende stakeholders (business en IT)? Da's een kolfje naar jouw hand Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan vlot een bestaande situatie of proces evalueren. Je kan makkelijk in- en uitzomen op een project. Je durft verandering brengen en kan die ook initiëren en begeleiden. Je bent een bruggenbouwer en bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op. Je vindt het leuk om de verschillende aspecten van projecten zelfstandig te beheren. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
