Job description Your role in a nutshell
As Director Fraud Strategy, you are the strategic right hand of the Head of the department. You provide high level advise, lead major initiatives and step in wherever needed – up to fully replacing the Head of the department when absent. This is a director-level role with significant influence, combining strategic leadership with operational execution.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Advisory : You advise the Head of Fraud Management & Investigation on strategic and operational matters
Project Leadership: You lead major, often cross-functional fraud and AML projects, from concept to execution
Day to Day Operation: You assist in the department’s operational management by analytics and prevention
Departmental Representation: You replace the Head of the department when absent, with full decision-making authority, and represent the department internally and externally in a professional manner
Stakeholder Management: You represent the department in internal and external forums
