Het plannen van onderhoudsinterventies van Service Engineers bij onze klanten, inclusief de logistieke stroom.
Het team en de klanten op de hoogte houden van de voortgang en status van zaken door middel van duidelijke en consistente communicatie.
Fungeren als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt (via mail en telefoon) voor klanten, service engineers en alle andere belanghebbenden.
Het verstrekken van werkbeschrijvingen aan ingenieurs voor het uitvoeren van diensten en het voorbereiden van veiligheidsplannen waar nodig volgens ISO- en VCA-normen.
Het beheren van alle vereiste rapportages en documentatie en het toezicht houden op de tijdige registratie van noodzakelijke gegevens in het systeem.
Het identificeren van belangrijke verbeterkansen in producten, diensten en processen, en het verspreiden van de bevindingen.
In staat om meerdere taken te beheren en efficiënt gebruik te maken van verschillende tools, waaronder Salesforce, SAP en ABB's eigen tools.
Ervaring in een service-gerelateerde functie wordt gewaardeerd.
Bereidheid om zowel je planningsvaardigheden als je technische affiniteit te ontwikkelen is essentieel.
Vloeiend in Nederlands of Frans en Engels.
SAP is een pluspunt.
