We are very happy to assist this fiduciary represented by a very dynamic and open-minded team of 20 people in its search for an experienced Fund Accountant.This structure offers many services to its clients including accounting, tax and fund administration services. A well-defined hierarchy is present in each team which means that you will be able to climb up the ladder and always know which step is awaiting you in your career.The offices are located in a nice area of the city that is easily accessible both by public transport and by car, with many shops and restaurants around for you to enjoy your lunch break, while avoiding the most hectic and stressful areas of the city. The close proximity of the Luxembourg railway station is ideal for anyone who wants to commute by train or public transport.They are open minded with regards to homeworking and offer everyone the chance to organize their day as they please. Your Responsibilities | Fund Accountant – Funds – PSF – PFS – Fiduciary – Alternative Funds •You are in charge of all fund administration matters of Alternative investment funds in mainly Private Equity and Real Estate.
•You calculate the Net Asset Value, and are also in charge of accurately recording transactions.
•You will be involved in the preparation of financial statements, as well as maintaining the funds’ books.
•You liaise with other teams in the fiduciary as well as with third parties such as auditors and banks.
•You are in charge of BCL and CSSF reportings, and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
Profile and Career Path | Fund Accountant – Funds – PSF – PFS – Fiduciary – Alternative Funds •You have 2 to 4 years of experience in fund accounting in a financial service provider (Big Four, Fiduciary or PFS) in Luxembourg as a Fund Accountant, and you have handled mainly Alternative investment funds.
•Fluency in English is required as this is the language used for all business communications internally.
•You have a great understanding and knowledge of the Fund industry in Luxembourg, especially in Private Equity and Real Estate.
•You ideally obtained a Bachelor or Master degree related to Finance or Accounting.
