Service ManagerEn tant que Service Manager, vous travaillerez chez notre partenaire Bruxelles-Propreté. Ce partenaire est une organisation industrielle qui, par ses activités de collecte, de nettoiement et de valorisation des déchets-ressources, joue un rôle central dans l'amélioration de notre cadre de vie et dans la réponse aux enjeux sanitaires, environnementaux et socio-économiques de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.En tant que Service Manager, vous participez à définir la stratégie du département, la traduire en objectifs pour son service et la mettre en application. Organiser les activités de son service et gérer un portefeuille de projets, produits et services.Décliner la stratégie IT en objectifs concrets et pilotables pour le service.Gérer un portefeuille de projets et services numériques sur l'ensemble de leur cycle de vie.Implémenter et optimiser les processus de gestion (méthodes, budget, reporting, qualité).Encadrer le développement de services numériques en mode "produit", avec co-responsabilité métier/IT.Participer activement à la gestion RH : recrutement, évaluation, accompagnement de carrière.Représenter le service auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.Vous possédez un bagage de connaissances techniques généralistes dans le domaine à gérer et vous justifiez d'une expérience d'environ 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction similaire :People ManagementAssurer l'alignement des services IT avec la stratégie de l'organisation.Piloter la performance, la qualité et la conformité des services numériques.IT ManagementSuperviser les activités IT au quotidien (projets, infrastructure, support, services numériques).Piloter les budgets, les plannings et les indicateurs de performance.Parmi vos nombreuses qualités, nous apprécierons particulièrement votre orientation client, votre organisation et votre sens de la collaboration Bien sûr, un contrat à durée indéterminée assorti d'un package salarial très large incluantpackage de formation(s)frais nets mensuels37 jours de congé par an (sur base d'un temps plein)possibilité de télétravail...
