Service Manager Werken voor Paradigm betekent ook een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars. Als Service Manager ga je aan het werk bij onze partner Net Brussel . Deze partner is een industriële organisatie die, via haar activiteiten rond ophaling, reiniging en de valorisatie van afvalstromen tot grondstoffen, een centrale rol speelt bij de verbetering van onze leefomgeving en bij het aanpakken van de gezondheids-, milieu- en sociaal‑economische uitdagingen van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Als Service Manager werk je mee aan het bepalen van de strategie van de afdeling, je vertaalt deze strategie naar doelstellingen voor jouw dienst en implementeert ze. Je organiseert de activiteiten van je dienst en beheert een portfolio van projecten, producten en diensten. De IT-strategie vertalen naar concrete en haalbare doelstellingen voor de dienst. Een portfolio van digitale projecten en diensten beheren gedurende hun hele levenscyclus. Beheerprocessen (methoden, budget, reporting, kwaliteit) implementeren en optimaliseren. De ontwikkeling van digitale diensten in "productmodus" begeleiden, met gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid van de business en IT. Teams organiseren en coördineren met inachtneming van deadlines, budgetten en deliverables. Actief deelnemen aan het HR-beheer: aanwerving, evaluatie, loopbaanbegeleiding. De dienst vertegenwoordigen bij de interne en externe stakeholders. Je beschikt over algemene technische kennis op het gebied dat je moet beheren en je hebt ongeveer 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie: People Management Goed IT-beheer Zorgen dat de IT-diensten aansluiten bij de strategie van de organisatie. De prestaties, kwaliteit en conformiteit van digitale diensten aansturen. Consultancy De samenwerking tussen de IT-teams en bedrijfsafdelingen faciliteren. IT Management Toezicht houden op de dagelijkse IT-activiteiten (projecten, infrastructuur, ondersteuning, digitale diensten). Budgetten, planningen en prestatie-indicatoren aansturen. Van je vele kwaliteiten waarderen wij vooral je klantgerichtheid , je organisatietalent en je gevoel voor samenwerking Uiteraard een contract van onbepaalde duur met een zeer ruim salarispakket inclusief : ~ 37 vakantiedagen per jaar (op fulltime basis); ~ De sollicitatieprocedure omvat een gesprek met je toekomstige manager en een gesprek met je HR-contactpersoon, eventueel gevolgd door een assessment.
